4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day and shipped through UPS or FedEx, with delivery in 2–4 business days. Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to you.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly.
